Hello Team,

My client has below requirement please let me know it is possible or not and if possible then how to do it.

Requirement : The attachments must get saved in the background ( eg. In the Share point/drive maybe ) when the user raises the ticket under the category “ Security and Cr Balance Refund “ in Worker task under Ticket No.SCTASK1456795 

user don't want to click on download as well attachment should automictically download and saved in drive.
