User is not able to remove user criteria in standard change templete

Hi Team,

 

I have a ITIL user, he is trying to remove user criteria(Available for) for standard change template, but it is not working.

 

User criteria still showing, even though user has removed that

 

 

user is having itil, change_manager roles.

Admin can do mate..

Did you try modifying the template? As per my understanding, it can be changed only when the proposal is not approved.”

Is that user seeing the Edit button? how is the user removing that?

they are able to view edit button, they can click on edit button and they are trying to remove also, after save this user criteria is showing again
