User Login Error

Hello All,
One of our user is facing difficulties while, logging in DEV instance. When she tries to log in it says logout successful. 
We have checked her user account in DEV and TEST and both are same.

 Any help would be appreciated.

Hi @C_S3  check few steps

1. user is Active

2. Using  Correct password 

3.Locked out check box is unchecked
