User unable to login with correct credentials

Hi,

User unable to login to snow after entering the correct credential, its showing "User name or password invalid", after removed the LDAP info from that particular account he/she can able to login. What might be the problem with that user account? I removed Source and LDAP server details from the user.

It's not about email, you have to verify with your query field..what is your query field?
