Hi,
User unable to login to snow after entering the correct credential, its showing "User name or password invalid", after removed the LDAP info from that particular account he/she can able to login. What might be the problem with that user account? I removed Source and LDAP server details from the user.

Check the relevant field names matches to servicenow

after finding the relevant servicenow fieldname then check whether there is any more name/id(Whatever) is there any other record or not... verify in servicenow and as well Active Directory or Azure AD or anyother what you are using.
