Using the Service Portal (SP) for CSM

Can the Service Portal (SP) be used for CSM instead of the Customer Portal?

Never heard such a question and thus would be interested in the reason behind it, as it makes absolutely no sense to use the /sp Portal for CSM. That portal is outdated since several family releases and only exists for demo and learning purposes. For CSM it is lacking nearly everything you would in that context. But again: Without providing more details by you I cannot answer better.

Hi @Maik Skoddow The reason behind the question is my company is planning on implementing CSM in the near future and we've just redesigned our Service Portal and I'm hoping we can use everything (widgets, css, etc.) that was created in the /sp redesign for CSM instead of having to redo everything.
