View Restrictions for No-Role-Users

Hello. The vendor just handover the whole system to me and I have no idea on how they restrict user's view on the request form.

The top section of the below picture is a view from user with admin rights while the lower part is a view from user with no roles.

Users with no role has a limited view on the request and I want all users (admin / normal users) to have the same view.

Anyone has an idea to fix this?

I checked:

  1. There is only one view (Default view) for the form
  2. There is no ACL restricting user to view the user / request table
  3. There is no ui action / scripts to hide the fields

Thanks very much for your help!!!

Thanks for your reply.

I'd read through your links and checked through business rules / client scripts / view rules. I cannot find anything restrict the view.

Besides, I just have one view - Default View.

Hi Queenie,

You may want to look at configuring views.

There may be View Rules that are directing people to certain views such as "Self Service (ess)". Those views would also need to be configured.

Hope it helps!!

Thanks for your reply. I don't see any view rules to restrict the view either.
