Virtual agent topic Keywords not searching

Hi,

I activated a OOB virtual agent topic 'open IT Ticket', but i am facing this weird issue that, when i am searching with few of the Keywords in chat it's not showing the topic. For example there is a key word 'issue' for 'open IT Ticket' topic but when i search with this keyword in the chat bot it says 'Sorry, we couldn't find any matching topics'

Is any one facing the same issue, any suggestions will be appreciated.

Thanks for the update. this is being fixed in London Patch 10 - Oct'19 release

You can try to "train" and "publish" the "intent" and see if that helps out. I just ran into this issue for a client and that seemed to work for them.

The intent is found on "studio" in the ITSM NLU for Virtual Agent app. This gets overlooked because its in studio.

thanks for that post. But i am not using NLU, i am just using the keywords for the virtual agent.

Now my instance is on New York, but i have still the same problem there.

When i add the keyword "Hi" for example for the conversation opening it is not working.

Only "greetings" is working.

Any suggestions here?

Hi all. I am still seeing this issue in Madrid. Any ideas on how to resolve? Cache.do does not appear to have resolved it. Thanks!
