Hey Service-Now Community,
Not sure if this is a feature within Visual Task Boards - for we haven't updated Service Now yet with any hot fixes, or if this can be done somewhere else within Service-Now. (Also - I wasn't able to post this in the Idea section for Service-Now, so that was interesting)
FIRST:
For tasks that have unassigned users to them either due to forgetting to... or other reasons... could we have an "Unassigned Filter" either disguised as a User Filter that when clicked on 'Shows all tasks that have not been assigned a user' or just an option. This would really help have that 'full-filter' feature within the task boards and make sure everybody is keeping up with assigning tasks.
SECOND:
Can there be advanced options to be able to assign certain lanes to having specific conditions.
For example:
We run weekly meetings with Visual Task Board and use it to see how everybody is doing and within our board we have a "Done" lane. Within this "Done" lane we would like it to specifically watch for tasks within this lane and delete tasks that linger around for no more than "2 weeks". Once "2 weeks" from the day the task was last edited was put into/or edited in this lane - it will delete those tasks automatically. Instead of the individual who runs the meeting going through 20 or some tasks and deleting them manually - which by-the-way, takes forever.
Either a script that does this... or inside the advanced options menu - be able to assign a specific lane with the ability to "Clear All" that have been around for "2 Weeks" or whatever time arranged. This I feel will make it Visual Task Board function a lot more smoother. Again - I say this to be advanced options that way you can always implement new ideas to Visual Task Board while keeping the Board itself untouched and default for users who do not wish this to occur.
THIRD:
Being able to implement more Labels and being able to assign the Labels with more pre-defined colors. Being forced to only have five is five too little...
These ideas would only be accessible to the owner of the Board... for obvious reasons...

I don't know how you do SECOND...and THIRD is a design request.

Great feedback here. I've added Troy to this thread as he owns the Visual Task Board. Troy's plans here are very exciting!
