Walk up experience queues - show sequential unique numbers instead of names on TV screen

Hi.

When entering a Walk Up experience queue the name of the people waitlisted is shown on the TV screen. Due to complaints of the worker's council here in Germany, my customer wants to show sequential unique numbers instead of names on the TV screen like seen at e.g. McDonalds (see pic attached).

Has anybody implemented a solution like this already?

Hi @Markus Loehle.,

In the walk up locations you can configure in the Name Configuration to only display First Name + First letter of last name.

If that's not enough for the workers council, you may have to customize the widget to show only a number.
