Walkup interactions are being auto assigned to walkup user

Walkup interactions are being auto assigned to walkup user and made in progress.

It is also auto closing interactions after some time.

How can I make sure it is not auto assigned or only assigned to the group that has the support users?

Hello,

walkup interactions are auto assigned based on ASSIGNMENT rules that you set in AWA .

you can also manually manage interaction .

For some reason when I checked the "assigned to" fields in the Interaction tables this set to a default value as dynamic set to sender (as shown below).

I turned this off and now the walkup request is queued based on the AWA definition.

This was also happening to me, adjusting this field fixed the problem.

I'm curious as to why it does this by default... since the 'walkup' user is always generated for this module during install.
