Go to System Properties: sys_properties.list in App Nav
Check for the Property glide.excel.export.limit.
Change the value to 400k.
While exporting you might face Performance Issues
Corrected the Property Name.
For more information on performance refer to this article:-
My report contains more than 50k columns.

HI Saranya,
By default, the limit for excel import is 10000. You can go to system properties and change this value to something higher, property name is glide.excel.export.limit . But be careful as to not increase it by too much.

Hope this helps. Please mark this question as answered if this solves your problem.
Thanks & Regards,
