Hi there,
We've come across a notification titled 'New message(s) in CHGXXXXXX' however, when following the link to view said "messages" I get this (attached)
Can anyone tell me what this notification is referring to please?

Hi @jsmillie ,
Once the chat bot is enabled then user receives notification when
1. New message come.
2. When agent accept the conversation

Thank you for your quick response! Can you explain in which scenario / conditions when someone would receive this please?
In the description of the notification, it says 'Send email to offline users after collaboration.email_interval to limit spam; Group version'. Do you know what this means?
