Hello SN Community!
I am a system admin and I am trying to change a non-itil user's notification preferences as it is set to not receive messages.
I have tried to impersonate them and change the Preferences but I get an error that reads: Update Error: Unable to update preferences. Please try again later."
I cannot find a reliable way of changing this setting a different way.
Any help and suggestions would be appreciated.
Maria.

Hi @Maria20
We follow this workaround quickly.
- Navigate to System Administration > Users Or in Application Navigator - type sys_user.list and Enter
- Search for the non-ITIL user's record and open it.
- Locate the Notification field
- Change the value from Disable to Enable and save the record
