what is the best way to migrate data from remedy to service now?

I am working on integration part and i have to migrate data from remedy to service now.

Could someone please guide me what is the best practice to migrate the data.what all challenges will i be facing while migration will take place.

As i am new to this could someone please suggest me some good links in order to get good knowledge on integration part.

Honestly... I'd engage the services of one of our implementation consultants.



They've done it several times before and their experience and knowledge built up over the years means they can do it efficiently and will follow best practise plus be prepared for common "gotchas" that arise as part of the data migration.   This is their bread and butter.
