We are using close code and resolution code upon closing incidents. It is confusing to the ITIL user. I searched the WIKI and cannot find a definition. Do you have any we can use (checked the glossary as well). Thanks.

Hi Glen,
OOB, I'm not seeing anything called Resolution Code so it might be something you or your implementation people added later. That could be the source of confusion. What you use them for is entirely up to you, but the general idea is when the technician "fixes" the issue, they should give an idea of what the fix was.

Here the url to associate options
slushbucket_choice.do?sysparm_ref=incident.close_code
Here the url to look for the choices
nav_to.do?uri=%2Fsys_choice_list.do%3F
Questions
????1.- In which table is the association stored?
????2.- What filters should be installed?
nav_to.do?uri=%2Fsys_choice_list.do%3Fsysparm_ref=incident.close_code (it does not work)
Thanks for your help ????, greetings

Did you ever get an answer on how to get the new resolution codes? I installed the new plugin but still can't locate these new codes...
Thanks!
