Hi,
That is a feature of SN Utils, a browser plugin. If the plugin is activated, it can be activated via the slash command /tn

within ServiceNow there is nothing OOTB for such shortcut.
The screenshot you gave is because of SN Utils browser extension which many developers user.
Note: Many customers use Virtual Desktop to allow access to instance and may not allow to install any browser extension

Hi @ShivaSuralkar ,
If you use the SN Utils extension (available for browsers like Chrome and Edge), it provides a shortcut (often configurable, but commonly a double-click on an empty form area or a slash command like /tn) to display the field's backend names next to their labels.
If my response helped, please mark it as the accepted solution so others can benefit as well.

I’m using SN Utils, which is a browser extension. You can activate it, and it will help you get the backend name of any field at runtime. Out-of-the-box (OOTB), there’s nothing available for that.
If my response proves useful, please indicate its helpfulness by selecting " Accept as Solution" and " Helpful." This action benefits both the community and me.
