Hi,

there is this OOB email notification on "asmt_assessment_instance" table

Why not use that?

Hi @Ankur Yes, OOB notification is there but as per our client we will use one customised HTML format, so I need to use only that customised notification

So you can update the same notification with your HTML content.

then you can use advanced notification condition if the normal notification condition doesn't help
