What is the Xpath CSS Selector in Guided tour Designer

Hi,

guided tours which are not working due to incorrect configure of Xpath for the step which gives an error "Tour ended because the next step was not found." 

Please explain what is XPath and CSS Selector? How can i correct the XPath

You have to view with 'Developer Tools' in your browser and using trial an error choose an element in the CSS view of the page that works when you replace what is currently in the x-path.  It's not easy. See KB https://support.servicenow.com/kb?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0826623
