What role is required to create a CI?

Which role is requried to create a CI in cmdb table.

For ITIL role, will the NEW button is visible or not?

I have checked the ACL which u have told. Are are perfect but still i couldnt found it when i am impersonating the user.

Hi Lalitha,

Are you looking for 'New' button on cmdb_ci table? Please check 'Create' ACL on the table which you are looking for. Also check the condition on UI action.
