Hi,
We are sending customer satisfaction surveys at the resoluton of each ticket. I am looking for what we should expect nowadays to be a good response rate from users.

Not really helping. I am wondering how many people should reply to the survey ? Not everyone will take the time, but what should be considered good ? Are we expecting 10% of them or 30% or 50% or 80% to respond ?
