Where to find audit to enable every fields in a custom table

New to service now . I am looking for enabling audit for every fields which i created from a  custom table. 

Can you guys help me to find it. I am new to service now .Thank you

Navigate to the table - sys_dictionary as below and go to the record/table/column and update the audit field

  • Navigate to Dictionary: System Definition->Dictionary
  • Locate Table: Filter the list for your custom table, ensuring the "Type" is set to "Collection".
  • Enable Audit: Open the record, click the "Audit" checkbox, and save the changes.
