Calling all admins!
Would you be wiling to share any reports and/or dashboards you have found helpful for monitoring instance performance (besides the PA dashboard)?
Thank you!

The blessing of the cloud is that I haven't really worried about ServiceNow system performance in like... 10 years.
The one exception to that was a time when I held the dubious honor of overseeing the world's largest ServiceNow database. It was 99.9% attachments, because a team of users was uploading excel sheets related to property reconciliations. They were somehow saving them so that Excel thought each cell was full. The theoretical max size of an excel document uploaded hundreds of times a day.... but I digress.
I'm less concerned about system performance and a lot more interested in solution performance. To that end I'll peek at...
- Report consumptions (how many times they're run and when run last)
- Dashboard consumption (which is getting massive upgrade in Kingston)
- Catalog Item consumption (which I build a custom solution for).
This helps you determine the work someone's asked for vs how much utility it actually provided.

We put together a video on some reports on user utilization -- who is getting licensing and how it's being used, etc -- that may give you some ideas:
