Which table i need to use to translate the variable of catalog item.

Right now i used item_option_new filed name as instruction and help text.

Don't follow you here. The field label of Catalog Item table? Could you clarify this a bit better.

Also did you tried what I already mentioned? A sys_translated record would also be generated if you would setup the Variable first in English, switch your language, and then update the Question on the Variable.
