Which table i need to use to translate the variable of catalog item.

Right now i used item_option_new filed name as instruction and help text.

Yes my Variable is already setup in english.

To translate a variable, go to that variable.

Then go to settings on top right side, change the language to translated language and save. Then reload the variable and you see the form in that language. now edit and update whatever you want to translate and save. 

This will create a translated version for that variable.

Actually this variable in the record producer and it is calling from change request table.

Please tell me where i need to change.
