Hi,
In your Test record, in the related list "Test Step", insert the column "Timeout" and assign a value of 60 seconds to the row "Open a Record Producer (SP)".
Explanation: Your record might be taking a bit longer to open, causing this step to return a timeout.

Manually (outside of ATF), can you impersonate the user Mahesh Kumar and open the Record Producer "Create Single Site Access Request" through the Customer Support portal?
