Why Change is not visble on Change Request Related list under problem when change is from Problem?

Hi all,

Basically when i create change from problem it will not visble on Change Request Related list under problem once it was created

Please help me on this

Hello,

 

1) Please check is the related list which you see is the one which is Problem-> Change request. You can check this by right click on change request form-> configure-> related list.

 

2) If the first one is working as expected check if the rfc field on the Problem is populated with the chnage request.

 

3) Also have you customized any of the field mentioned above.

Hi,

Have you checked the "Change request" field on Problem form or not? The UI actions add the change request number in the Change request field/column. 

 

The OOTB Create Normal/Emergency Change request on the problem table, does not have customisations to add the change request in related lists. Hence it did not show in related lists.

Hi Deepika,

Basically problem table has rfc field which refers CHG. So if this is populated then the problem should be seen on CHG related list.

Which related list are you checking?

Yes, on the change form under related list i can see problem, like that why i am unable to see change request under related list of Problem , when we create a change from problem?
