Why is my Change state stuck in Review and unable to close?

Hi all,

I am having an issue with my Normal and Emergency Change workflow. Often the changes are stuck in Review. The status field is stuck as read only and we are unable to close it out. When I check the workflow it says it is stuck waiting on Implement. Is there any way to close these out or did we break the workflow?

Hi,

Make sure that you have mark close the implementation tasks in related lists. Once closed, workflow will advance.

There are no Change Tasks associated with them. Is there another table I should be looking at?

Hello Kilo, 

I am having this same issue, however there were change requests on mine. I set the tasks to closed and the workflow did not progress. It is still stuck on waitting for implament.
