Why knowledge approval rejected notification was not triggered?

Hi All,

Actually i created one knowledge approval rejected notification,

1.so whenever article went for approval to "KB owner", when the person reject the article then notification sent ,

2.but in other senario, we have one field "Ownership group", when we filled this field , then approval notification sent to this group members , but when one of the member reject the article then Rejected notification was not sent?

so here for first senario  it works fine but in the 2nd senario it was not working

Please help me to complete this

Hi @Deepika61 ,

Can u check when the event is triggered ,the one mentioned in notification above. When the ownership group members reject does that time the event triggers?

I think at that time it does not.

Can u check n let me know.
