Why user is getting formatting issue while importing the knowledge articles

Hi Team,

As I am working on the Knowledge Management, I have came across a situation where user is trying to import the knowledge article and he is getting the formatting issue,

I check all the image type they are only one of 'PNG' or 'jpeg' and doc is word file.

 

Can anyone help me with this what may be the reason..

Hi @Atik 

 

Ensure the Word document is not in "Compatibility Mode"; if it is, convert the document to the newest file format before importing into SnowCentral or formatting issues may occur.
