Hello developers,

Followed an article to copy attachment from jira to servicenow Jira spoke - upload attachment from Jira to Service now

Stuck on the B-3 REST Step. (unable to select table inside the response handling. The field is read only).

Hi Shivam

If the field is read only, please change its configuration.

It is also a good idea to check out Exalate, which is a decentralized integration solution, where you can granuarly decide which data will be send over.

For this use-case, you can decide which attachments will go over and which not. And it will flow perfectly between jira and servicenow.
