In Catalog RITM worknote we need to show in local language like in French
But it is coming in English (Requested for Approval)

Worknotes and Additional Comments in ServiceNow are journal fields that store data in the journal table, making them incompatible with standard translated text mechanisms.
Because they dynamically append text, metadata, and timestamps, they cannot be automatically translated using standard localization tools.
So you have to go with Servivenow ootb feature which leverages Dynamic Translation for the Activity Stream. Dynamic translation on forms and activity streams

You can install a plugin called Internationalization. This plugin is basically used for different languages all around the world, including French. You can try to use this method; maybe this will do the work.
