I have a published workflow that I am trying to edit but when I open it up it says it is Checked out by [blank].
When I go into Workflow Versions and find that workflow, it says empty which means it isn't checked out.
Help! Any solutions?!

Thanks for your reply! I still couldn't see in in checked out section but I changed the filter to 'Checked out by' IS NOT EMPTY and that brought up the workflow with an updated by someone that works at service-now, my guess is helpdesk. So he/she still had it checked out. I was able to open up the record and then Force Override Checkout. I wish I had that option when I would open up the workflow the normal way.

The workflow you mentioned is not checked out as the published = true
For it to be checked out published has to be false. Can you check in the Check-out tab

How were you able to Force Override Checkout. I don't see this option
