Workflow is showing published(Checked out by)

I can't be ale to checkout my workflow. It is showing published but not triggering when conditions met.

Please help me with this issue.

Hello Venkysana,

Yes,I have seen this where you may be attempting to edit the wrong version of the workflow. Sometimes the workflow editor may now take you to the checked out version of the workflow and may take you to the published version which is read only instead. Try:

Navigate to Workflow \ Administration \ Workflow Versions(wf_workflow_version)

Search where name = your workflow (Ideally,Only 1 version should be published true.)
Find the one that published is false and checked out by you and open it by clicking the Name column
Under related links, click Show Workflow
Hopefully the workflow is editable now
