Hi Pooja,
You need to change some property value in order to achieve this.Please navigate to System properties by typing sys_properties.LIST in the application search bar.
For Enabling Feedback: Change the value the property 'glide.knowman.show_user_feedback' to 'onload'.
For Enabling Five Star rating: Change the value the property 'glide.knowman.show_star_rating' to 'true'.
For Enabling Yes/No (Was the article helpful) rating: Change the value the property 'glide.knowman.show_yn_rating' to 'true'.
