Hi Team,

You do not have permission to create a label in Virtual Task Board error.

I have checked Create ACL error on vtb_board_label

Not have any roles, what else needs to check

see this 1st link and try adding "global_tags_creator" role to that user and see

Couldn't add or edit labels in Visual Task boards.

Resolution

Activate the OOB vtb_board_label/read & vtb_board_label/write ACL's so that ITIL user can edit the labels on VTB.

Users can not edit Visual Task Board label getting message "You do not have permission to update lab...
