Now Supportより本番インスタンスに対して以下のメンテナンス実施予告通知が届きました。

We work hard to keep you secure and supported! This means we occasionally need to perform infrastructure maintenance that allows us to continue delivering great features and experiences to you. This infrastructure maintenance includes an instance resizing/instance migration.

Maintenance time: Aug 12, 2022 3:15:00 AM Asia/Tokyo (UTC: Aug 11, 2022 6:15:00 PM)

Maintenance duration: 60 minutes

Here's what you can expect
• The instance resizing/migration process is well-tested. While the change is scheduled for 60 minutes, your instance should only be inaccessible for 30 minutes or less during that time.
• This maintenance will be monitored and if an alert is triggered a CASE will be created to address the issue.
• After the resize and migration, you should not experience any changes to your instance. If there is any impact, please contact Global Technical Support.

Here's what we need you to do
• Review the date and time of the instance resizing/migration. If IP addresses are listed above, please review and whitelist if necessary.
• Please update this change (CHG) with any questions you have about this maintenance activity.
• If you need to reschedule, update this CHG with a request to reschedule within one business day. Please include a preferred maintenance date and time with your request and we will work on honoring your request.

具体的に何をすべきなのでしょうか。
"IP addresses are listed above"とは何を指しているのでしょうか。

こんにちは。

本件、ハードウェア老朽化に伴う、当該インスタンスのハードウェアの収容替えのようです。

そのため、インスタンスのIPアドレスが変更されるようです。

ご質問の件ですが、インスタンスと連携する他のサービス/システムに対し、IPアドレスによるアクセス制限を行っている場合は、事前に案内されているIPアドレス(実際のCaseに記載があるはずです)を許可するよう設定変更を行ってほしいということです。

私の管理インスタンスの一つは以下の文言でした。

これが" If IP addresses are listed above, please review and whitelist if necessary. "の"if"の意味だと思われます。

Miyuさんの管理インスタンスはIP記載がない＝変更がないので対応不要です。

気になるようでしたら、CHGレコードに返信することで詳細を聞けますので、サポートにご確認いただくのが一番かと思います。
