Abstract: Your third party risk exposure is greater than you think. In the aftermath of GDPR, we came to realize that our management of vendors and other third party relations was not up to standards. Years of outsourcing had not been matched with the proper vendor risk management. As Norway’s largest financial institution we are under heavy regulations at the same time that our third parties are in the thousands. To actually get in control of the risk, while not exploding costs, required a streamlined process, in a tool that allowed for integrations and automation. ServiceNow Vendor Risk management became our chosen tool.
