Hey folks.
How do I hide one kb from non-logged-in users? I've tried user criteria and advanced codes, but it all fails.
I can hide articles from guests, but I want to hide the whole kb because the user experience is a bit bumpy.
Thanks
rob

Mapping User criteria in Can Read section of KB should work.
What do you mean by its not working for KB but working for article? Any screenshot
Accept the solution and mark as helpful if it does, to benefit future readers.

Here is a screenshot. The current Can Read set blocks guests (i.e. not logged in) from viewing the articles, but the kb is still visible on the main csm page.

You'll want to add the "Guest User" user criteria to the cannot read related list on the knowledge base

I tried that, but it had no effect. The KB is still visible.
