Hey folks.
How do I hide one kb from non-logged-in users? I've tried user criteria and advanced codes, but it all fails.
I can hide articles from guests, but I want to hide the whole kb because the user experience is a bit bumpy.
Thanks
rob

Hi @jonsan09 ,
How is the user mapped in the sys_user record? Or have you mapped them?
Have you tried utilizing the OOTB role instead: snc_external

What do you mean by user criteria is not working? How have you defined the user criteria under "can read" related list of the knowledge database? What error do you encounter?

I mean the Can Read permissions work as expected - they hide articles from guest users, but the kb title is still visble on the main csm page.
