Import Articles wizard changing knowledge base

We've turned on the Import Articles wizard, and it properly imports the article and category, but the knowledge base is getting changed from what is selected on the page to the out of the box Knowledge knowledge base.

 

Anyone have any ideas on how where to start looking for troubleshooting this?

I dug into a separate issue that revealed there was actually a Business Rule that was "secretly" setting the knowledge base. I say "secretly" because the business rule's name was intended for something different, and there's one line in the script that it runs that sets the knowledge base in addition to what it says it does.

can you advise what the name of the business rule is?

This was a custom business rule that someone had created and not an out of the box one.
