How can I easily transfer content and formatting from a Google Document to a ServiceNow knowledge article?

I'm looking to learn about this feature import from gDocs to create articles. Are there any best practices, tips, or tools that can help streamline this process? Any advice would be appreciated!

@MaryGThank you for the confirmation. I'm encountering an intermittent 'Parsing failed' error when manually importing Word documents into the Knowledge Base. Additionally, I am developing a custom action designed to automate this process by retrieving documents from Google Drive, moving them to the mp_documents table, and then attaching them to the Knowledge Base. This custom action is also failing with the same 'Parsing failed' error. Do you have any insights into what might be causing this consistent failure across both manual and automated methods?
