Knowledge Center in Yokohama 11 - Issues

Hi has anyone experienced issues with Knowledge Center that have been resolved with upgrading to Australia/Zurich?

We're currently experiencing the following issues:

- Publish button does not automatically save new content (work-around click save > publish)

- Unable to save any article updates once the article is in review state

- Unable to save changes to editing blocks (is resolved in Zurich Patch 4)

- Retire, republish, perform AQI button are all missing

- edits not being saved unless the user clicks outside of the editing blocks

- no way to make an older version current or view it unless we're comparing versions...

Hi @wangsvaness , thanks for reporting these issues. I tested this out on the latest version of Knowledge Center (as of the March release) and it appears as though the majority of the issues have been resolved.

- I was not able to reproduce the issue with the Publish button. New content I added after a previous save was automatically saved when I pressed the Publish button.

 - I was able to add and save new content to an article while it was in a Review state.

- Changes I made in the Settings area for blocks did successfully save. Please let me know if you were referring to another type of block edit.

- The Retire action is present on Published articles but it is in the overflow area. You have to click the three dot menu next to the action buttons to see it. The Republish button is present on retired articles when you go to the edit/form view (after you click the edit button when viewing the retired article). I was able to reproduce the issue with the AQI button. I will open a defect for this item and get it resolved.

- Issues with saving was a known defect but that has been solved in the latest release. You should not have to click outside the blocks to successfully save now.

- You are correct - this is the current behavior for versions in both legacy Knowledge Management and Knowledge Center. We have the ability to roll back to previous versions and improvements to version compare on our roadmap for a future release but we do not have an exact target of when they will be implemented at this time. We are keeping an eye on feedback around this area so we will take this into consideration.
