Knowledge Management: Not displaying KB Article name and number in suggested results

When searched for a KB article in Employee center, it should show the article name and number in suggested results, however it is not showing up. AI search sources/profiles - all indexed. Search Profile is also published. Still unable to look for article name and number in suggested results.
Please suggest.
