Hello all,
I am looking to create a report looking at our knowledge articles, and somehow being able to compare the Useful Count on the most recent version compared to previous versions. Is there a way to do this?
So each time an article gets updated and a new version is created, can I somehow create a report showing if the latest versions of articles are performing better? We have hundreds of articles so doing this manually is not ideal.
