Remove file format from attachments in Knowledge Articles

In a public knowledge article that is available in the Support Portal you are able to remove the file format for attachments or linked documents ( .png , .pdf etc)
See attached image. 
My question is if there is any way to automate that process in servicenow instead of manually have to remove the file format on every attatchment on every knowledge article or at least a way to bulk change this?
