Hi there,
I'm currently building a dashboard for our internal users and have a requirement to include a specific Knowledge Base article in this dashboard for ease of access.
There hasn't been much coverage of this across my Google searches. The only solution I have been able to locate is to add a IFrame linked to the specific KB.
This works but does not exactly look the most 'viewable' (eg. as it is a KB link, it also includes the top navbar (where the article is located - Home / etc , the flag & edit options) which I don't require for this set up) and there isn't many further configuration options once added to the dashboard.
Is there any other options that exist that can meet this requirement or is implementing an IFrame the way to go? Cheers.

Hi Maik,
Thanks for the linked answer, this makes it a bit easier to integrate.
Only thing is, is there a way to remove the navbar (where the flag article, create incident & edit buttons) are from within this widget?
Cheers
Mitchell

With my described approach it is not possible OOTB .
But you could insert into your KB article some CSS code to disable the bar.
Kind regards
Maik
