Bookmark a Knowledge Article?

Is this a feature of knowledge? How does one get this functionality? I have all but given up on managing favorites in my web browser and thought it would be very nice to have favorites for knowledge for users, and myself, in the Service Portal. Sure I can search but what happens when I find the perfect article and want to get back to is super easily?

Employee Center has a bookmarks/favourite content feature built-in because it uses the Content Taxonomy system.
