Can I hide "Most Viewed Articles" and "Rating" on KB home page? And create a custom widget of "Most Useful Articles" which managed by KB Admin and Sys Admin .

We want to remove "Most Viewed Articles" and "Rating" on KB home page, then having a custom widget on KB home page for defining 10 most useful articles in the organization. For example, Floor Plan, some information from HR or Admin or IT, etc... Thanks SNOW-er

First: SNOW != ServiceNow (click links to look at the difference).
And to check if I understand correctly: you just don't want the system to show you the articles most viewed or highly rated, but you want your Knowledge Managers to just mark some articles as 'these should everyone see on the homepage'?

Thanks Mark.
Yes. I found the way to remove the two widget in Service Portal Designer --> Page Designer. And now, I'm studying and working on the new custom widget creation by scripting.
