Create a custom template - not showing the body of the article

Hi everyone, 

I am new at this, coming over from Zendesk. I wanted to create a customized standard template for the KB that would allow me to lock down the body and heading font and sizes (I will work on the tables later).

When I tried to add just text to the article template, that failed to bring up the body, so I added "Introduction" as a header (HTML), and it still would not appear. The template opens up, missing the field on the top right, "Article type = HTML."

Can anyone help me? Can you even lock down the fonts/size and the headings?

What integration software are you using right now? Or are you using something out-of-the box from SNOW?
